Today in class we finished the material in Chapter 2B. On MONDAY we will have a review session, and on WEDNESDAY we will have a test.
Notes from class:
Possession:
-In Spanish, there are no apostrophes, so there is no way to say, for example, "Senorita's room".
-Instead, Spanish speakers phrase it differently. In order to convey the same meaning, they would say "The room of Senorita."
-"De" means "of."
Ex: Mark's book= el libro de Mark
Laura's pen= el boligrafo de Laura
Cindy's folders= las carpetas de Cindy
We had two assignments from today's class:
CW: Pg 135 Act 26
HW: Pg 136 Act 28
